1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MedicalBenchmark, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

MedicalBenchmark is an artificial intelligence evaluation platform in the medical field. We provide tools to compare the performance of different AI models on standardized medical questions.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must provide truthful and current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for legal and authorized purposes.
  • Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data.
  • Not interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
  • Not use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MedicalBenchmark, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, code and evaluation methodologies, is protected by intellectual property rights.

MIR exam questions used in evaluations are public domain and are used for educational and research purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

MedicalBenchmark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Evaluation results will be perfectly accurate.
  • The platform will meet all your expectations.

IMPORTANT: MedicalBenchmark results are for informational and research purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for medical or clinical decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MedicalBenchmark harmless from any claim, damage or expense arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. You may also stop using the service at any time.

11. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
